We, my fellow project contributers and me, here at Dragon-Projects.de/Dragon-Projects.net [ff: D-P] take the protection of person specific data very seriously. We want you to know when and which data we collect and how we use it. As a private company we are subjected to the conditions of the National Data Protection Law (BDSG). We have taken both technical and organizational precautions to be certain that the data protection regulations are upheld by ourselves and external service providers.

Person specific data

Person specific data is information that can be used to establish your identity. This includes information such as your real name, address, postal address, telephone number. Information which cannot be linked directly to real identity, such as your favorite web page or the number of users on a particular webpage, do not belong to this category.

As a matter of principal you can use our online content anonymously. When you register for one of our personalized services, such as ordering the newsletter we do ask for your name and other personal data. It is your free decision, if you want to provide us with this information.

The data is stored on specially protected servers in Germany. Only specific people who, for editorial, technical or commercial reasons have access to these Servers.

We save data on your access for security reasons, which could possibly lead to an identification, i.e. IP address, time, date and the pages viewed. We do not process Personal data. We do reserve the right to statistically process anonymous data.

Passing on Personal data to third parties

We use your personal data exclusively in cases of product orders internally within D-P. We do not pass on this information to third parties without your expressed permission. Should it be necessary to pass on this data to a third party , in order to process an order, these companies will be contractually bound to conform with BDSG and the D-P privacy policy. When legally obliged or per court order we will pass on this data to the relevant legal authorities.

The contributions in our Discussion Forums are accessible by the general public. All contributions should be carefully examined before posting to insure that their content is appropriate. It should be taken into consideration that the contributions will be registered with search engines and available worldwide, without a specific visit to the online content of D-P. Deleting or correcting such an entry in cases of Foreign operators is often impossible.

Right of Retraction

Personal data which has been left to us, can be deleted at any given time. Data for billing and accountancy purposes will not be affected by a cancellation or deletion.

A user account can be terminated in the "Delete your Account" area of the dragon-projects.net User Registration.

Use of Cookies

We use cookies (small files with configuration information) under guidelines from the Information Community for Determining and Propagating Advertising Media e. V. (IVW). They help to determine the frequency of use and the number users our website has. We do not collect personalized data with cookies.

We also use cookies in certain content areas to enable user functionality. We will inform you at the appropriate place. Certain pages are supplied directly with advertisements from companies and agencies. Cookies may be used here without us being able it inform you.

It is also possible to use our content without cookies. Most browsers are pre-configured to accept cookies. You can deactivate cookies or configure your browser to inform you as soon as a cookie is sent.

Children

Minors under the age of 18 should not transmit to us any personal data without the consent of a parent or a legal guardian. We do not ask for personal data from minors, or save it or pass on this information to third parties.

Links to other webpages

Our online content contains links to other webpages. We have no influence as to whether other operators comply to the data protection regulations.
